Shipping Policy

At Eyehouse, we keep it simple and transparent so you always know what to expect.

Processing

  • Orders are packed with care and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
  • During sales, holidays, or severe weather, processing may take a little longer.
  • Delivery timeframes begin once the courier collects your parcel.

Where We Ship

  • Australia only (standard service).
  • New Zealand & Tasmania: not standard destinations. If you’d like a shipping quote, email info@eyehouse.com.au before ordering.
  • Express Post is not available.

Shipping Costs

  • Flat rate Australia-wide: $8.95
  • Free shipping on orders $149+

Delivery Timeframes

  • Metro & regional Australia: 7–10 business days
  • Rural & remote: 14+ business days
  • Timing may vary with location, peak periods, and courier capacity.

Tracking

  • You’ll receive an email with tracking when your order ships.
  • Tracking is also available in your Eyehouse account.

Authority to Leave

  • Parcels are sent with Authority to Leave. If you’re not home, the courier may leave your order in a safe place.
  • Orders marked “Delivered” are considered fulfilled.

If Something Needs Attention

  • If there’s an issue with your order or delivery, we’ll contact you via email or text to resolve it quickly.
  • If your parcel seems delayed or missing, email info@eyehouse.com.au and we’ll work with the courier to locate or replace it.
  • Eyehouse is not responsible for addresses entered incorrectly at checkout.

Changes & Address Updates

  • Need to update your address? Email us straight away at info@eyehouse.com.au.
  • We can only amend details before dispatch.

Cancellations & Returns

  • Cancellations can be made within 12 hours of purchase. After this, your order may already be processing.
  • Returns/Exchanges: due to hygiene standards, cosmetics and personal care items can only be returned if fully sealed, unused, and in brand-new condition.
  • Request a return within 14 days of delivery.
  • Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • We may request photos before approving a return.
  • Refunds are issued after inspection. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
