“Eyehouse”, “we”, “us”, or “our” means Deemak Pty Ltd (ABN 28608965662) trading as Eyehouse, operating eyehouse.com.au (the Site) and supplying Eyehouse products and services in Australia.   • IT/security, storage/backup, analytics/ads, email/SMS platforms, and other service providers.
  • Professional advisers (legal, accounting, insurance) under duty of confidence.
  • Regulators or law enforcement where required.
  • Business transfers (e.g., sale/merger), subject to confidentiality and APPs.
  • Overseas disclosures: some providers process data outside Australia (U.S., Canada, EU, Singapore). We take reasonable steps to ensure APP compliance, including contractual safeguards and limiting data shared.

6. Reviews, Testimonials & Social Media

If you post a review/testimonial or tag us on social media, you consent to us re-using that content (including your name/handle) across our Site, ads, emails, and channels. Only include information you’re comfortable being public.
