1. Do you ship outside Australia?
Not yet. At launch, Eyehouse is proudly shipping Australia-wide only. We currently offer reliable, standard shipping across all states and territories. If you're outside of this area, email info@eyehouse.com.au and we can have a look at shipping rates for you.
2. How long do I have to return a product?
You can return eligible products within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify, items must be sealed, unused, and in resellable condition, just as you received them. Due to health regulations, opened cosmetics or supplements cannot be returned.
3. How do I know which blue light protection is right for me?
Great question, it depends on when and how you use your screens:
- Daytime and early evening use (suggested to use up until 4 hours before bed time)
- Try both our clear lens blue light glasses, blocking up to 54% of Blue light perfect for office work, school, and long hours at the computer. Shown to increase restorative sleep by up to 74%. See Our Blog to hear Sam's story.
- Anti-Blue light Privacy Screen Filters, reported by many to help with digital eye strain, eye fatigue, and headaches, due to both the Blue light reduction and the special reduced brightness it offers, with Zero colour distortion!
- Evening wind-down (2 hours before bed time) - Our orange-tinted lenses block up to 100% of blue light to support natural melatonin flow and great sleep.
- Kids on screens? We offer specially sized, child-safe blue light glasses with FDA & MHRA approval, used worldwide ideal for ages 5–12.
- On your phone all day? Our anti-blue light screen protectors work 24/7, without changing screen brightness or touch sensitivity.

4. What is the Eye Friendly Rating™ (EFR)?
At Eyehouse™, we believe your eyes deserve better, especially when it comes to products applied near them.
The Eye Friendly Rating™ (EFR) is our science-backed system designed to help you shop smarter. With so many cosmetics and skincare products used around the eyes, it’s hard to know what’s truly safe, especially if you have dry eyes, blepharitis, sensitive skin, or wear contact lenses.
So we did the work for you.
Every product we assess goes through our strict EFR checklist, built around ingredient safety, clinical relevance, and alignment with the TFOS DEWS II & III eye health guidelines. You’ll see the rating clearly displayed on every product page, and you can use the EFR filters to find what suits you best.
The Three EFR Tiers
Bronze 🟤
Safe for general use, but may include ingredients like essential oils, silicones, PEGs, or natural fragrances.
Great for non-sensitive users, but we recommend using away from the lid margin.
Silver ⚪
Free from known eye irritants like synthetic/natural fragrance, essential oils, PEGs, and silicones.
A solid choice for sensitive eyes and dry eye sufferers.
Gold 🟡
Our elite tier. No preservatives, no irritants, fully aligned with TFOS DEWS III recommendations.
Ideal for anyone with dry eyes, ocular surface disease, or who wants the absolute best in eye-safe care.
How to Use the EFR Filters
Look for the Eye Friendly Rating™ filter on the left-hand side of any category page. You can filter by rating, or click into any product for a full breakdown, including ingredient highlights and cautions.

5. Do you support any charities?
Yes, and proudly so. Eyehouse continues to support The Fred Hollows Foundation, a global leader in restoring sight and preventing blindness.
Their mission beautifully aligns with ours: to prevent, protect, and preserve vision for current and future generations. We’ve supported them over the past decade alongside the Royal Children's Hospital, and continue to contribute through Eyehouse, because impact matters.
6. Do I need an account to order?
No. You’re welcome to check out as a guest, or create an account if you’d like to track your orders and save your details.
When logging in, Shopify will send a secure one-time code to your mobile or email, no passwords to remember.
7. How do I contact you?
