These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Eyehouse website located at www.eyehouse.com.au (“Site”) and any products, services, or content provided by Eyehouse. By accessing or using our Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

“Eyehouse”, “we”, “our”, or “us” refers to Deemak Pty Ltd (ABN 28608965662) trading as Eyehouse.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have the consent of a parent/guardian if under 18. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.

2. Products and Services

Eyehouse offers eye care and wellness products including, but not limited to, blue light filters, magnifiers, cosmetics, vitamins, and eye drops.

  • Products may be shipped directly from vendor partners. Orders can arrive in multiple deliveries.
  • If a product is out of stock, we will liaise with the vendor and offer you options: a comparable product at a discounted rate, or a refund.
  • While we minimise disruption, we cannot guarantee delivery times due to external factors.

3. Important Disclaimers

  • Not medical advice: Products and information are not medical devices and should not replace professional advice. Always seek your own professional guidance.
  • EFR Ratings: Bronze, Silver, and Gold ratings are based on TFOS DEWS III and dermatology sources but are Eyehouse’s own interpretation.
  • Supplements: Always read the label, follow directions, and consult a healthcare professional. If symptoms persist, see your healthcare provider.
  • Results vary: Eye health outcomes differ between individuals. We do not guarantee specific results from any product.

4. Orders and Payment

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete order information.
  • Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, PayPal, Afterpay, and other supported processors.
  • All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable.
  • Orders are not final until payment has cleared.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Our full Shipping Policy forms part of these Terms. Key points:

  • Standard delivery only, Australia-wide.
  • 7–10 business days for most areas; 14+ for rural/remote.
  • Parcels are sent with Authority to Leave. Orders marked “Delivered” are considered fulfilled.
  • Delivery times are estimates; Eyehouse is not liable for courier delays.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Our full Returns Policy forms part of these Terms. Key points:

  • Returns are accepted only if products are unopened, unused, and in original condition (unless faulty or required under Australian Consumer Law).
  • Cosmetics and personal care items cannot be returned unless sealed and brand new.
  • Cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of order placement.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.
  • Customers are responsible for return postage unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

7. Accounts and Conduct

  • Customers may create one account per person.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
  • Reviews and testimonials may be moderated, edited, or removed at our discretion.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information.

9. Intellectual Property
