Q1. What do anti-slip nose pads do?
They replace or sit over the existing nose pads on glasses frames to improve grip and prevent the frame from sliding down the nose.
Slipping glasses are one of the most common comfort complaints from glasses wearers and are often solved by a simple nose pad upgrade rather than a frame adjustment.
Q2. Are they suitable for all frame types?
They suit frames with adjustable push-in nose pads, which covers most metal and mixed frames. Frames with moulded plastic nose areas, common in many acetate frames, cannot use replacement nose pads.

Q3. Will they irritate the skin?
Setex nose pads are silicone, which is hypoallergenic and non-irritating for most people. If you have a skin reaction to silicone, check with your optometrist about alternative materials.
Q4. How do I fit them?
Remove the existing nose pad from the arm and press the new pad onto the fitting in the same position. No tools are needed for most standard push-in fittings.

Q5. How do I clean them?
Remove and wash with mild soap and warm water. Allow to dry before reattaching. Replace when they become discoloured, loose, or show surface wear.
