For cooling relief, place the mask in the fridge for 15-30 minutes and then rest it gently over closed eyes for 7–10 minutes to reduce puffiness, swelling, and irritation. For warm therapy, submerge the mask in hot water (around 40–45 °C) for 3–5 minutes or microwave in short 10-second intervals, checking the temperature for comfort before applying for 7–10 minutes to ease dry eye symptoms and unlock meibomian glands.
