Hydrating Cream Mask offers a sense of security while sustainably protecting the skin against dryness and dehydration and from harsh weather.
Formulation: Quince seed extract replenishes and helps dry skin to retain moisture while supporting the skin’s natural process of oil production. Nourishing almond, avocado and jojoba oils hydrate the outer layer of skin while precious rose wax soothes and protects. Hydrating Cream Mask imparts intensive skin care to dry and sensitive skin, as well as skin in need of regeneration and damaged by environmental influences. Skin feels silky soft and looks fresh and smooth.
Skin condition: For dry, dehydrating, sensitive or mature skin.
Usage
Apply a generous amount of Hydrating Cream Mask to the face (include the eye area), neck and, if necessary, décolleté once or twice a week. Remove after a minimum of 20 minutes with a warm, moist cloth. For optimum skin care results, we recommend deep cleansing with Facial Steam Bath and Clarifying Clay Mask prior to use.
Tip
As a nourishing boost use a little Hydrating Cream Mask mixed with your usual day cream for one month, skin cell cycle.

Q1. Who is a hydrating cream mask for?
Dry, dehydrated, or stressed skin needing intensive moisture replenishment. Also useful for any skin type in winter, after travel, or after sun exposure.
Q2. Can I use it near the eye area?
A gentle hydrating mask applied to the orbital bone area is generally tolerated. Avoid the eyelid and lash margin. Follow the current product instructions.
Q3. How often should I use it?
Once or twice a week, or as an intensive treatment when the skin feels particularly depleted. In very dry conditions, some people use it three times a week.
Q4. Is it NATRUE certified?
Yes. No synthetic fragrance or parabens, biodynamic plant ingredients from Dr Hauschka's own biodynamic gardens where possible.
Q5. Can I leave it on overnight?
Some hydrating masks suit overnight use as a sleeping mask. Check the current product instructions for the recommended application time for your batch.
Q6. What is the difference between a hydrating mask and a regular moisturiser?
A mask contains a higher concentration of actives and humectants designed to deliver an intensive dose in a shorter time. A moisturiser is formulated for twice-daily ongoing use at a lower concentration. They do different jobs and suit different parts of a routine.
Q7. Is Dr Hauschka hydrating mask suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. The formulation avoids synthetic fragrance, parabens, and harsh actives. It is one of the more gentle intensive hydration options available and suits reactive skin as well as dry skin.
