This oil-free night time skin care product from Dr. Hauschka allows the skin to breathe freely and reminds it of its natural renewal processes. It normalises the skin’s functions and stimulates its natural activities.
Formulation: Rhythmitised extracts of gemstones pearl, artemesia and malachite strengthens reddened, sensitive and couperose prone skin and supports the skin’s renewal cycles.
Skin condition: For sensitive, inflamed skin.
Usage
Flick top of ampoule to ensure contents are in the bottom and use the tool that’s included in the 50 ampoule pack to remove the top, or use a towel to break off the top. Pour half contents into palm of your hand, spread liquid with both palms then and press into skin. Repeat with the other half.
Skin cells are renewed every 28 days. Mirroring this same regenerative cycle, Sensitive Care Conditioner should be used for 28 nights instead of Toner/Night Serum or Regenerating Serum. Sensitive Care Conditioner may also be applied both morning and night after cleansing.
We recommend one 28 day cycle of Renewing Night Conditioner per year for each decade of life (for example 3 times a year at the age of 30). After cleansing, evenly apply the contents of an ampoule to the face (including lips and eye area), neck, earlobes and décolleté. Press gently and evenly to skin until the solution has been fully absorbed instead of Toner/Serum.

Holistic Night Routine: Dr. Hauschka oil-free approach to nighttime skin care respects the skin's inherent wisdom. Heavy, oily night creams do not allow the skin to ‘breathe’ and can inhibit the skin's natural functions when it is most active with regeneration and elimination. At night after cleansing, apply oil-free Conditioner. Once your treatment is finished go back to cleansing then Facial Toner or Clarifying Toner, then Night Serum or Regenerating Serum.

Q1. What is a sensitive care conditioner and who is it for?
The Dr Hauschka conditioner range is an intensive overnight treatment for skin that needs more than a regular moisturiser can provide.
The sensitive variant is specifically for reactive, allergy-prone, or easily irritated skin that cannot tolerate standard concentrations of actives.
Q2. How is it used differently to a night cream?
It is applied as a course treatment, not every night, allowing the skin to process and integrate the concentrated ingredients at its own pace. Check the current product instructions for the recommended schedule.
Q3. Is it safe near the eye area?
Apply to the face following product instructions. Avoid the eyelid margin. Use your dedicated eye treatment for the immediate eye area.
Q4. Why is it in an ampoule or concentrated format?
Concentrated formats require fewer preservatives than diluted products, which matters particularly for sensitive skin where preservative reactions are more common.
Q5. Is it NATRUE certified?

Q6. How does the sensitive care conditioner differ from the soothing intensive treatment?
The conditioner is an overnight ampoule treatment. The soothing intensive treatment is a daytime course formula. Both address reactive, sensitive skin, but the conditioner works while the skin is in its overnight renewal phase, which is often when intensive treatments produce the most consistent results for very sensitive skin.
Q7. Can I use the sensitive care conditioner alongside my regular Dr Hauschka night cream?
On nights you use the conditioner, use it in place of your night cream rather than adding it on top. Return to your night cream on the nights in between. The conditioner nights are the intensive treatment days within your routine.
