Heat / Cooling Mask
Cooling Therapy:
Place the mask in the fridge for 15–30 minutes and then rest it gently over closed eyes for 7–10 minutes to reduce puffiness, swelling, and irritation.
Warm Therapy:
Submerge the mask in hot water (around 40–45 °C) for 3–5 minutes OR microwave in short 10-second intervals, checking the temperature for comfort before applying for 7–10 minutes to ease dry eye symptoms and unlock meibomian glands.
After use, wipe clean with a soft cloth and allow to dry before storing.
