Eyes Are The Story Mascara for Sensitive Eyes

Ive used the mascara 4-5 times and I really like it. I've had no 'allergic' reactions. It does not smudge below my eyes but washes off fairly easily.

The makeup is great. But I wanted to speak on the company's customer service. My order was sent to the wrong address. After reaching out via the website, I was promptly responded to and the issue was immediately resolved with zero hassles. Incredibly refreshing with so many large company's not meeting the customer service need by a country mile.

I've been purchasing the mascara from Eyes Are the Story since the company launched in 2020 and I received my dry eye disease diagnosis at 30 years old from my ophthalmologist. I was told in Jan 2020 to stop wearing makeup altogether for at least 60-days while on steroid drops and told to stop wearing my contacts due to the severity of my dry eye and consistent corneal abrasions due to my dry eye. As a girly-girl, I was devastated and my confidence took such a hit and I went into a depression while the pandemic hit simultaneously. After seeing my doctor again in early March right before the world essentially shut down, I was told I could wear my contacts sparingly and was prescriged Xiidra, and started a daily routine of taking Krill oil and wearing a heated eye mask morning and night for five-minutes. However, I was still advised to not wear much eye makeup. I tried Clinique, Almay, Bare Minerals, etc. all of the brands that claimed to be non-irritating to the eyes still brought me discomfort after just a few hours of wearing their mascara. However, while in a desperate search for another makeup solution, that's when I stumbled on Eyes Are the Story and bought the mascara. In the summer of 2020, I tried out the mascara while being out and about with my contacts, and I could comfortably wear my contacts WITH the mascara for around 4-hours. Now, my dry eye has significantly improved, but it ebbs and flows with my menstrual cycle so sometimes I can even wear my contacts with the mascara for 8-hours. I feel entirely normal and like I can be a girly-girl all over again. Not only do I use the Eyes Are The Story mascara, but I use their felt eyeliner for my top line, and their radiance serum, and OMG, my eyes and under eye skin/cheeks, are in tip top shape. I love this brand and I have only purchased my makeup from them since 2020. I just got the eyeshadow palette as well this past December, and cannot WAIT to create different evening and daytime looks with it as well. Thank you Eyes Are the Story and

I have tried so many brands of mascara in my 73 years. I have zero smudging , flaking or tearing. So gentle on my dry eyes!!.
