Meibomian Gland Massager (T Shape) – This tool is ideal for those managing Meibomian Gland Dysfunction (MGD) under the guidance of an eye care professional.
With clean hands, warm the T-shaped tool in warm water and test the temperature on your hand to ensure it is comfortably warm, not hot.
Place the tool just beneath the lower eyelashes and gently roll upward toward the eyelid margin using minimal pressure. This helps support expression of the lower eyelid oil glands.
With eyes closed, place the tool on the upper eyelid and gently roll downward toward the lash line to assist expression of the upper eyelid glands.
Use once a fortnight unless otherwise directed by your eye care professional. Slow, gentle rolling movements help support healthier oil flow, reduce feelings of dryness or grittiness, and promote more stable, comfortable vision.
