Sleep mask 250mm width x 95mm height

1. Start with the Gel mask:
For cooling relief, place the mask in the fridge for 15-30 minutes and then rest it gently over closed eyes for 7–10 minutes to reduce puffiness, swelling, and irritation.
For warm therapy, submerge the mask in hot water (around 40–45 °C) for 3–5 minutes or microwave in short 10-second intervals, checking the temperature for comfort before applying for 7–10 minutes to ease dry eye symptoms and unlock meibomian glands.
After use, wipe clean with a soft cloth and allow to dry before storing. 💡
Eyehouse Pro Tip: Alternate between warm and cool sessions to combine the benefits of reducing inflammation (cold) with stimulating meibomian gland flow (warm), an effective routine for stubborn dry eye flare-ups and long-lasting relief.
2. Cyst / Stye Tool
Prepare with warmth – Apply a warm compress (e.g., Eyehouse Blue Gel Bead Mask) for 10 minutes to soften eyelid oils. Stye & Cyst Massager – Warm the spherical head in hot (not boiling) water for a few minutes and test temperature on your cheek. Gently roll towards the eyelid margin to target cysts or styes, promoting natural drainage and reducing swelling.
⚠️ Always use with gentle pressure. Discontinue if pain, redness, or swelling worsens. Not suitable for children.
3. Meibomian Gland Massager
With clean hands, gently roll the curved T-shaped tool along the upper and lower eyelid margins using minimal pressure.
This helps restore natural oil flow, reduce dryness and grittiness, and stabilise vision. Use the lymphatic / meibomian gland massager to support healthy oil flow and ease tension around the lids.
For Lymph drainage assistance - genlty roll the massager towards the ear.
4. Finish with the 3D Contoured Sleep Mask for a restful sleep
Place the 3D sleep mask gently over your eyes and adjust the elastic strap until it feels snug but comfortable.
